Sailing & cargo destinations Brigantine Tres Hombres
Atlantic voyages: 2012/13
The Tres Hombres sails besides a professional crew of 5 with a max of 12 students/trainees. The program that runs onboard is unique. Unique first of all the vessel has no engine and hereby sails pure on windpower. The method of seamanship comes very close to the traditional way of sailing.
On board you learn the basic of square-rigged seamanship: maintenance, navigating, manoeuvring under sail, safety, cooking and much more.
